Create a customer account, choose a photography package or a studio rental, pick a date and time, then send your GCash down payment. A request is not reserved until the studio verifies your receipt and confirms the booking. Online slots start from 9:30 AM.

Yes. Online booking is for customer accounts only. When you create an account you must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Yes. Walk-in sessions are arranged at the cashier desk at the branch. Online jobs appear on that desk after the down payment is verified or the booking is confirmed.

Open Studio, choose a room, and select how many hours you need. The total is the hourly rate times hours. A 50% down payment holds the room; the rest is due at the session.

From your booking, send a reschedule request as soon as you can. A new date is not guaranteed — it depends on studio, photographer, and package or room availability. Each booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times. If you cannot come, contact the studio before the appointment instead of missing it.

Pay through GCash using only the official studio details shown after you book, then upload a photo of your receipt. The studio reviews it before confirming the session. Do not send payment to any other account — the studio is not responsible for money sent to unofficial numbers.

The down payment is credited toward your total. The remaining balance is collected at the studio, usually on the day of your session. Confirmation means the date is held, not that the job is fully paid.

If the payment cannot be verified, the studio will send it back with a note. Upload a clearer, complete receipt that matches the amount and booking, then wait for another review. Altered, unreadable, or duplicated proofs can be rejected.

If you cancel a confirmed booking before the appointment date, you may receive a 50% refund of the amount you have paid — even if you cancel 7 days, 3 days, or 1 day ahead. The other 50% is kept for the reserved time, staff, and studio. Cancel on the appointment date and there is generally no refund, unless the studio allows an exception.

If you do not arrive and have not told the studio beforehand, it is a no-show and the down payment is forfeited. If something reasonable kept you from attending, tell the studio as soon as you can. They may allow a reschedule depending on the situation and available dates — it is not automatic.

Use the cancellation option on your booking, or contact the branch you reserved. Same-day cancellations and no-shows follow the refund rules above. Approved refunds are processed through the studio’s refund procedure; you may need to provide details so they can send the money back.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your confirmed time so there is room to settle in. The session generally starts and ends on the booked schedule. If you are late, the remaining time may be shorter when another booking follows — the studio does not have to extend your slot.

Bring the outfits you planned, any props you want in frame, and your confirmed booking details. Keep valuables to a minimum; you are responsible for personal belongings in the studio. Parents or guardians must supervise children during the visit.

Downtown: Upper Ground Floor, Plazamart Bldg., Araneta St., Bacolod City — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Gaisano: Basement, Gaisano Grand City Central, Locsin St., Bacolod City — 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Choose the branch when you book so your time is reserved in the right studio. Some packages, including certain newborn and baby milestone sessions, are Gaisano only.

The allowed number of participants depends on the package or studio room. Tell the studio in advance if more people will come. Extra guests may mean an added charge, or the studio may limit the group for space and safety.

Edited photographs are typically ready in about 2–3 days. That can take longer when the studio is busy, the edit is complex, or there is a holiday or equipment issue. If the package asks you to pick photos for editing, send your selection within the time the studio gives you so delivery is not delayed.

Packages cover kiddie and family, couples and portraits, maternity and newborn, graduation, and special sessions. You can also add extras, or rent a studio room on its own. Read the inclusions on each package — poses, people, duration, edited photos, prints, and digital copies can differ.

Special sessions are shot on location, so you do not choose a studio branch. You give the shoot location when you book. Shoots outside Bacolod have a ₱1,500 travel fee. An optional second location is ₱1,000 more.

Add-ons can be selected when you book. Extra services requested later that are not in the package may have an additional charge; the studio will tell you the amount when reasonably possible. After a booking is submitted, package changes are handled with the studio before your session.

You may use delivered photographs for personal use. Selling, licensing, or commercially redistributing them needs permission. The studio may ask whether identifiable photos from your session can appear in its portfolio, website, or social media — you can agree or decline that promotional use.
